Going paperless

The clinic is affirming its commitment to a "paperless" approach by undertaking the dematerialisation of numerous processes within its operations. This initiative is part of a move towards more sustainable and ecological methods. To achieve this objective, we are using a number of specialised software applications to optimise our operations while reducing our environmental impact:

• SCOR (SCannérisation des ORdonnances) enables healthcare professionals to dematerialise the sending of paper

• Hublo, a tool for managing replacements and recruiting healthcare professionals online
• Yooz, software for dematerialising invoices
• Dematerialised signing of contracts to reduce excessive use of paper
• Octime for managing schedules
• Logo to say "don't waste
