ACCOMMODATION

PRIVATE ROOMS

The establishment offers private rooms subject to availability on the day of your admission. The cost may be partially or fully covered by certain mutual insurance companies. Private rooms provide a more comfortable stay while respecting the privacy of your own space. They are equipped with a recliner, connected TV, Wi-Fi access and individual bathroom facilities.

OUTPATIENT PACKAGE

The establishment also offers you the option of staying in a communal area.

BREAKFAST

You can enjoy a snack after your operation, as prescribed by the anaesthetist.

VISITS

Visitors are not allowed in the outpatient department, except for minors.

LEAVING

You must be accompanied by a third party when you leave the clinic, whatever your means of transport.

The accompanying person must be declared before admission and must be present at the outpatient department reception desk at the planned time of discharge.
If there is no accompanying person, the operation will be cancelled.
Accompanying persons are not authorised to stay in the department.
The time of discharge will be notified to the accompanying person by telephone.
After signing the discharge form, he or she will take you home.
If there is no accompanying person, the patient will not be able to leave the establishment, and the necessary accommodation will trigger a hotel supplement.
Taxi drivers are not considered as accompanying persons.

REGULATIONS

COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE PATIENT

HOTEL CHOICES Two hotel services are offered to you when you are pre-admitted. -
A compulsorycontribution , linked to your hospitalisation, will be requested.

IF YOU ARE NOT COVERED BY SOCIAL SECURITY

You will be required to pay the full cost of outpatient hospitalisation on the basis of an estimate drawn up in advance by the Clinic and accepted by you.

MEANS OF PAYMENT: HOSPITALISATION FEES

Cheque, bank card or cash.

PRACTITIONERS' FEES

You will pay any excess fees to the practitioner via the admissions department. Fees paid to practitioners are not included in the Clinic's income. Credit cards are not accepted by all practitioners.
