Your practitioner will give you information about your state of health in a personal interview. You will be able to make decisions about your care with your practitioner, once he or she has explained everything to you. In an emergency or where it is impossible to obtain informed consent, the practitioner will, by default, contact your trusted support person or a close relative, if they are known to the establishment.
Information concerning the health and care of minors and persons under guardianship is given to their legal representatives.

Medical records are kept under the responsibility of the doctor appointed by the chairman of the hospital medical conference.
Records are kept in accordance with decree 2006-6 on the hosting of personal health data, and the DHOS instruction of 14 August 2007 on keeping medical records.
Our files are declared to the CNIL (law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by the decree of 27 October 2006, relating to information technology, files and freedoms).
Certain personal information is collected during your stay. Unless you make a reasoned objection, this information will be recorded on computer for the sole purpose of managing administrative and medical data in the patient file and compiling statistics. You have the right to access information concerning your health, either directly or through a doctor you designate for this purpose. Requests must be made in writing to the General Management, accompanied by a photocopy of your identity card.
Consultation of the data available on site is free of charge. However, if you wish to obtain a photocopy or consult archived files, you will have to pay the cost of reproduction and postage.
